The Hillside Villas at Goulding’s Lodge have TWO QUEEN BEDS plus a QUEEN-SIZE HIDE-A-BED
SINGLE Occupancy
- Tour price per person for a SINGLE Occupancy/Suite/Room. This is when you are traveling alone
Price is $6,999 USD
Payment Plan:
Deposit: $999 USD upon registration to reserve your place – refundable (minus 10%) if canceling before January 1st, 2026
Payment 1: $2,500 USD due by December 1st, 2025 – refundable (minus 20%) if canceling before February 1st, 2026
Payment 2: $3,500 USD due by February 1st, 2026 – refundable (minus 30%) if canceling before March 14th, 2026
DOUBLE Occupancy
When NOT traveling with a companion/partner/friend, we CAN ONLY GUARANTEE pairing you with a roommate in DOUBLE room occupancy.
- Tour price per person for a DOUBLE Occupancy/Suite/Room. This is when you are traveling with a companion and sharing a Suite/Room
Price is $5,999 USD
Payment Plan:

TRIPLE or QUAD or QUINT Occupancy
- Tour price per person for a TRIPLE or QUAD or QUINT Occupancy/Suite/Room. This is when you are traveling with 2 or 3 or 4 companions and sharing a Suite/Room and Beds
This set-up works for a couple, plus two singles. It can also work for two couples plus a single, or single friends that would share.
Price is $4,999 USD

*Your companion(s) need to fill out their own individual registration form. When they do this they should type your name in this field on their registration form and pay their own deposit.
NOTE: When NOT traveling with a companion/partner/friend, we pair intuitively women with women, men with men. The Divine Spirit typically has a hand in those matters.
The Villas have two queen beds plus a queen-size hide-a-bed.
WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE pairing in DOUBLE room occupancy.*
*TRIPLE or QUAD occupancy room paring is only possible if others have requested specifically that option and we have the number of people to do that, otherwise, the paring is only in DOUBLE room price.
*All Roommates want to be happy: if you have either Severe Snoring or Smoking, you will need to book as a Single due to potential disruption to a roommate. We cannot change from Double to Single while on the tour. Thank you for letting us know in advance.

Note: It is required to start the tour in Phoenix and return to Phoenix with Gregg Braden and the Group Bus.
There is NO further reduction in the tour price if you are not staying at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Phoenix.

All the payments will be made through PayPal. You may pay by credit card or wire the money from your bank account via PayPal.
After this registration form is submitted, you will then receive an emailed Invoice to make the deposit payment.
Once payment is made, your registration is complete and confirmed. You will receive an Invoice email each time another payment is due.

Your typed name will act as your signature. These terms, conditions, and policies may not be challenged nor negotiated. Herein you make a full agreement.
