EVENT Registration:

Event participant is required to register for the event online with Shaloha Productions LLC. Online registration accepts all valid credit cards. Additional information may be required to verify the legal card holder. Electronic Signature is required. Participants waive any charge back rights. Tender of payment to Shaloha Productions LLC constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We are a US company and organize events all over the world. We have taken into consideration that this event is taking place in Canada. We want to make this event affordable to Canadians and all the participants attending from other countries, hence we process payments in USD. This also allows us to offer the lowest registration fees in USD. Thank you for your understanding. Current Exchange Rate USD/CAD

– No event price available without Lunch.
– These are live in-person events only. None is broadcast on-line.

EVENT Registration Cancellation:

Cancellation and Refund Policy – The right to a refund if a Participant changes plans is limited. All requests must be in writing and sent via email to, with subject ‘Refund Science & Spirituality Conference Ottawa’. BRC Event Management Services LLC is the pre event and onsite manager. Event Manager will remit any refund to the Participant(s) within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation request.

COVID-19 Update (03/31/2020)

At this time, based on the information provided by the Shaw Centre Ottawa and the CDC, all mandatory travel bans, quarantines, and large event gatherings are in effect to the end of April.
Please note, this does not include any events held at the end of May into June. This may change and the moratorium may be extended. We just don’t know at this moment. We have a meeting scheduled with Shaw Centre on April 10th to reassess the current situation.
COVID-19 Event Information Updates

We will continue to follow the cancellation policies below:
Please note the adjustment to cancellation dates.
As soon as the event registration is processed, the following cancellation fees apply:
20 days or more prior to event – 10% of the registration fee per person.
19-5 days prior to event – 25% of the registration fee per person.
4-0 days prior to event – 50% of the registration fee per person.

5% cancellation fee within 24 hours before the event.

  • Documents required for refund claim: a letter, declaration or affidavit from airline verifying travel ban has been in place during event dates within 7 (seven) days of cancellation request.

Note: There are no refunds outside the refund policy for the conference. If a speaker listed on the schedule is unable to attend due to an Act of God, we will do everything in our power to find a replacement for that speaker.
