PRICES & CANCELLATION POLICY

All 68 Hillside Suites at Goulding’s Lodge have TWO QUEEN BEDS and a QUEEN-SIZE HIDE-A-BED

SINGLE Occupancy

- Tour price per person for a SINGLE Occupancy/Suite/Room. This is when you are traveling alone

Price is $3,249 USD if registering before March 1st 2017 ($500 USD saving)

Price is $3,749 USD if registering after March 1st 2017

Payment Plan:

Deposit: $999 USD upon registration to reserve your place – refundable (minus 50%) if canceling before November 1st 2016
Payment: $2,250 ($2,750USD due by November 1st 2016 – refundable (minus 50%) if canceling before February 1st 2017

DOUBLE Occupancy

- Tour price per person for a DOUBLE Occupancy/Suite/Room. This is when you are traveling with a companion and sharing a Suite/Room

Price is $2,499 USD if registering before March 1st 2017 ($500 USD saving)

Price is $2,999 USD if registering after March 1st 2017

Payment Plan:

Deposit: $999 USD upon registration to reserve your place – refundable (minus 50%) if canceling before November 1st 2016
Payment: $1,500 ($2,000USD due by November 1st 2016 – refundable (minus 50%) if canceling before February 1st 2017

TRIPLE or QUAD or QUINT Occupancy

- Tour price per person for a TRIPLE or QUAD or QUINT Occupancy/Suite/Room. This is when you are traveling with 2 or 3 or 4 companions and sharing a Suite/Room and Beds

This set-up works for a couple, plus two singles. It can also work for two couples plus a single, or single friends that would share.

Price is $1,999 USD if registering before March 1st 2017 ($500 USD saving)

Price is $2,499 USD if registering after March 1st 2017

*Your companion(s) need to fill out their own individual registration form. When they do this they should type your name in this field on their registration form and pay their own deposit.

Note: We do not organize roommates. If you are not traveling with a partner or friend, and wish to share a room/suite, you can use our tour Facebook page to find roommates.

Note: If you are interested in driving to Monument Valley on your own without the group bus tour from Phoenix, we will deduct the Phoenix hotel two nights (single $99.00 double $119.00 per night per room) and bus ride ($59.00 round trip per person) costs from your final tour payment. Please add that information in the notes section when registering for the tour.

PAYMENT METHOD

All the payments will be made through PayPal. You may pay by credit card or wire the money from your bank account via PayPal.
After this registration form is submitted, you will then receive an emailed Invoice to make the deposit payment.
Once payment is made, your registration is complete and confirmed. You will receive an Invoice email each time another payment is due.
