Event participant is required to register for the event online with Shaloha Productions LLC. Online registration accepts all valid credit cards. Additional information may be required to verify the legal card holder. Electronic Signature is required. Participants waive any charge back rights. Tender of payment to Shaloha Productions LLC constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Price for this incredible five days healing retreat October 1-5, 2020 (Thursday-Monday):
This retreat is sold as a complete program only. No individual days are available as each day builds upon the other for full information, experience and integration.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants staying off property (not at the Sheraton) are subject to $50.00 event fee per person per day ($250.00). Fee will be added to event registration. In order to offer all participants low registration rates, the hotel is guaranteed a percentage of room nights to be booked by our group. The guarantee provides the event a lower venue fee hence the rates for the conference not increasing. Participants who wish to stay off site may do so with offsite fee.
*Airfare, transportation, accommodation, meals and extra services are NOT included in the price.

- Every day is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM program including breaks.
- Check-in on Thursday the first day of the retreat from 7:00 AM.
- Program includes multiple workshop sessions, presentations, panels, Q&As with all the speakers.
- Hourly schedule is only finalized closer to retreat date and given on the first day of the event.
- No part of the program overlaps another. You can participate in the entire program.
- All seats in General Seating are First Come First Basis only.
- Refreshments & Snacks breaks included.
- Lunch includes options for Regular, Vegetarians, Vegans and Gluten Free.
- No event price available without Lunch.
- These are live in-person events only. None is broadcast on-line.
- Translations are NOT provided. The event is in English only.
- Airfare, transportation, accommodation, extra meals and services are NOT included in the price.

EVENT Registration Cancellation:
Cancellation and Refund Policy – The right to a refund if a Participant changes plans is limited. All requests must be in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with subject ‘Refund Consciousness & Healing Intensive Retreat’. BRC Event Management Services LLC is the pre event and onsite manager. Event Manager will remit any refund to the Participant(s) within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation request.
As soon as the event registration is processed, the following cancellation fees apply:
46 days or more prior to event – 25% per person and up to the full amount.
45-30 days prior to event – 50% per person and up to the full amount.
29-0 days prior to event – non refundable.
Note: There are no refunds outside the refund policy for the event. If a speaker listed on the schedule is unable to attend due to an Act of God, we will do everything in our power to find a replacement for that speaker.
